The Shkolla360 website is operated by Tretek SH.P.K., Muharrem Fejza, Mati 1, Prishtinë, Kosovo, the company that develops Shkolla360. Tretek is responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

This policy covers the public Shkolla360 website and its demo request form.

It does not cover the Shkolla360 platform itself. Information that schools, teachers, students and parents enter into the Shkolla360 web and mobile apps is handled under the agreement between Tretek and the school that uses the platform. If you are a student, parent or staff member, please contact your school first with questions about that information.

When you request a demo, we collect the information you enter in the form:

• your full name, work email address, school or institution and role;
• your message;
• optionally, your phone number and the number of students at your school;
• the language of the page you sent the form from.

Please do not include personal information about students in your message — we do not need it to arrange a demo.

When you visit the website, your browser automatically sends standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to the server that hosts the website. Hosting providers typically keep this in server logs for security and to keep the website running.

The Shkolla360 website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not store information in your browser. Fonts and images are served from the website itself rather than from third-party services.

Links to Tretek’s social media profiles take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

We use the information from the demo request form to:

• respond to your request and arrange a demonstration of Shkolla360;
• answer your questions and follow up on your interest in Shkolla360;
• protect the form against spam and abuse.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing mailing lists without your consent.

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website, and only as far as they need it:

• our email provider (Google, through Gmail), which sends your demo request to the Tretek team’s inbox;
• the provider that hosts the website.

These providers may process information outside Kosovo, including in the United States. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

We keep demo requests for as long as we need them to respond to you and to follow up on your interest in Shkolla360, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you can ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. To make a request, email info@tretek.io. You may also contact the data protection authority in your country.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is intended for schools, educators and education decision-makers. It is not directed at children, and the demo request form is not meant to be used by them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
